They all sound delicious. However, I am not a big fan of fried food. I don't think I'll be trying Puri when I visit India. However, the Tandoori Naan sound good. I would love to try this bread when I visit.

I would suspect that you can rent a limo in India. Like you said the cost will be steep. But if you feel it is the best way to arrive at the event. Then by all means find a good limo service and have fun.

I prefer a hostel to a large hotel. I think you have a better chance to get to know the people. Plus some of the food they prepare in hostels is out of this world. You can't find cooking like that anywhere else.

I was also curious about this. I thought for sure renting one would be cheap. Won't I lose a lot of money when I buy a motorbike and sell it when I leave. I'm sure people will want to buy this off me rather cheap. Then turn it around and sell it for a higher price to the next tourist that wants...

When I see anything related to goat in foods I run the other way. Goat meat, milk, and cheese is an acquired taste and not for me. I do love lamb and from time to time buy lamb chops to cook at home.

There is too many places that I want to see in India. I think this happened to me when I visited China. I chose two regions to visit. There was too much to see and do. I fear I'll have to do the same when I visit India. Otherwise, I will spend most of my time traveling from one region to another.
