4-5 hours is a very short time, and in this weather travelling around Mumbai is not such a good idea, it would be hot and sticky. If you really want to see something in Mumbai then I suggest you go for either one or two places, like India Gate and Elephanta Caves.
Vada pavs are the ultimate dish to have, but don't go for the posh places which sell vada pav, as they wont taste as good or even authentic, it is best to go to the street vendors.

Obviously it is not good to go during the monsoon season, first of all it would be raining and going outdoors would not be good or even fun and secondly the weather would be very humid, the best time to visit would be April - May or after September.
You also need to know that Corbett Park is in Uttarakhand and Ranthambore is in Rajasthan (around 5-6 hours away of Jaipur). Both parks are good, but as you are on a holiday it would be better if you go Corbett park as you would get to see more animals.
I was lucky enough to visit Khajuraho when photography was allowed, it is a great shame especially for those who like taking photos. I think that photography has been stopped from the past 3-4 years. The flash on the camera was apparently ruining the sculptures.
