Hello, I understand that it is Dashain Festival time in Nepal. Is it celebrated in Sikkim, too? I'm planning on arriving to Sikkim next week (i.e., 11-21.10.2106). Are there any limitations cocncering it? Places closed? Problems in Darjeeling with having a permit to visit Sikkim? Thanks!
