I'll be spending a month in Surat, any recommendation for must try restaurants in and around Surat? Also, anyone from Surat who may want to meet up over coffee?

I think a lot of the time when people think of the US, where I'm from, they think of coffee being just Starbucks. And whilst I prefer cute individually owned cafes most of the time, sometimes you just appreciate the convenience of a chain coffee store! I'm wondering if India has the equivalent...
