I've looked around the forums and not found any listing of hotels for Kerala. I'm interested in places to stay on or near a beach. Any suggestions?
It would help if you mentioned how much money you are willing to spend per night to get some good recommendations. Kerala is a state and has a lot of different destinations within the state, any idea where you would be going to?

Here are some of the best beaches in Kerala, along with the hotels nearby them: Kovalam Beach - There are three beaches in Kovalam: Light House Beach, Hawah Beach and Samudra Beach. Together, they form the Kovalam Beach crescent shape. Here are some beach hotels nearby Kovalam Beach: Sagara Beach Resort - This beach resort is just adjacent to the southern end of the Kovalam Beach, nearby the Light House Beach. If you want a view of the sea, their Palace Sea View Room is at Rs. 4,400 per night. This rate is already inclusive of the breakfast. Aside from that, the room has complete and modern amenities like television, safety deposit, comfortable bed and attached bathroom. The resort also offers Ayurveda treatments for their guests. It's an isolated and secluded beach, close to the Neyyar River. Some options for accommodations are: Isola Di Cocco - This hotel is situated at Poover River, at the junction where it meets with the Arabian Sea. It is about 4.7 kms from the Poovar Beach. Their Classic Pavilion is at Rs. 3,500 per night. It has a veranda overlooking the resort's garden. It has all the basic amenities like television, fridge and bathroom.
