Fortunately, there are plenty of buses running through this route, even during day time. Sometimes, for longer journeys like this route, bus timings are confined to the night time. But for the Bangalore to Hyderabad route, there are many day time buses that can fit into one's schedule easily. They have many pickup points around the city of Bangalore but their main pickup point is at the Majestic Bus Stand in the Anand Rao Circle area.
