Dharamshala Or Dalhousie

For our family holiday destination this summer we are keen on visiting two destinations Dharamshala and Dalhousie, but we can only visit one out of the two.

I would like to get some advice and know which is better to visit for our family holiday Dharamshala or Dalhousie?

Out of both fo the destinations I would suggest going to Dalhousie, especially if you have kids. Its a more popular holiday destination and there is lots of activities and sports you can do there., plus a number of places you can go and see. There is a dedicated thread on the forum about the things to do in Dalhousie, so have a look at that to get an idea of what kind of things you can do and places you can visit.

I personally find Dharamshala more of a spiritual place, there isn't a whole lot to see or do there, but if being at a place where there is peace and its something your family is interested in then it's a suitable place to go to.
