Both bus and train are good options. The journey duration is not that long so you can choose either one of them. The higher classes of seat in the train can be very comfortable. The same goes for more expensive buses, they're more comfortable. So it's really up to you. Perhaps the downside of riding a bus is the traffic that you'll encounter. But if you leave early, you won't have to deal with that.
