I want to go to a beach in Goa with my hubby and want the beach to be beautiful. I don't want to be at a beach which is overcrowded with lots of people, smelly or be a dirty beach. I would want to spend some quality time with my hubby on the beach, so I want to be at the most beautiful beach in Goa. It is important for the Beach to be clean, there not be any foul smells nearby and not be over crowded with the tourists or the locals.
Hello and welcome to the forum! Here's a list of the most secluded, most beautiful and cleanest beaches in Goa: Butterfly Beach. This one is about 27 kms away from Margao. You cannot reach it by a car though. Your only options are: a boat ride from Palolem or Agonda or trekking the forest for two hours to reach this beautiful beach. Make sure that you bring your essentials, some food and water as there are no nearby shacks or accommodations. However, it's one of the most secluded beaches in Goa primarily because it's difficult to reach. You can definitely enjoy the serene environment and the pristine waters all to yourselves. Galgibaga Beach. This is about 18 kms away from Canacona. Best known for having the cleanest surroundings in all of the beaches in Goa. There are some beach shacks here though it's safer to at least bring some food and water with you in case they're closed. It is also known as Turtle Beach as it's a hatching site for the endangered Olive Ridley Turtles. Best visited from December to February to spot some of these turtle nests and eggs. Betul Beach. This is about 18 kms away from Margao. You would need to go to Morbor Beach first and from there, ride a ferry to take you to Betul Beach. The sand here is silver-coloured and you'd see plenty of coconut trees around. It's sure to make for a romantic and serene vacation for couples. Hollant Beach. This is very close to the Bogmalo Beach but not a lot of people go here. The best part? It has shallow waters perfect for those who cannot swim. There's also lots of eateries and shacks around the beach so you won't need to bring your own food. Arambol Beach. Perhaps one of the most commercialised beaches in Goa that isn't as crowded as the other popular ones. You can enjoy your time here with all the cafes and restaurants nearby. You can even do some water sports here. Velsao Beach. You'll find this a bit further away North of Majorda and Colva. There's not many tourists here and the beach is practically untouched. Bring your own food and water though as there's no shacks here. I hope this helps!
briannagodess I have more to add to the list of most beautiful beach in Goa. Mandrem Beach is one of the best beaches within Asia. This is not a hyped up beach, and it is mostly common with honeymooners. This beach allows you to just relax at the beautiful beach and spend time with your loved ones. Agonda Beach is quite a secluded beach and you will find very less crowd there as compared to other beaches in Goa. The beach is clean and has some beautiful scenes which you can sit and just see all day long. The beach offers some activities like dolphin watching Cabo de Rama and Cola beach are quite similar to the Agonda beach and worth a visit too.
I haven't been to Goa too many times but the beach I remember the most, Benaulim Beach, hasn't been mentioned here. It was pretty great, not too touristy nor too secluded, more or less the perfect level of crowd. There were some pretty great hotels nearby. It's in South God which from what I understand is generally quieter and more peaceful than the North.

I went to Butterfly Beach with my husband a couple of years ago, and it's one of the beaches I would recommend first to you. It's clean, and you will find very less tourists there, which allows you to relax and spend time with your partner. Also do not forget to see the sunrise and sunset at the beach, well worth it. We also tried out a few water sports which were also fun, especially paragliding.
