I would like to get some reviews and detailed information about the Phoenix Park Inn Resort Goa. I would first like to know what the food quality of the resort restaurant is like and the kind of variety they have for breakfast. Some good resorts and hotels only have a limited choice for breakfast which is not good especially if you are paying extra for it. Other queries I have are the type of rooms they. I would like to know the different rooms available with a rough cost per night. I will be traveling to Goa in December, so have plenty of time for the booking, and so want to make sure I make the correct resort choice.

Its location is perfect, just off the main road so you're away from the noises but still easily access the restaurants and other prime areas of Candolim. Restaurants like Butter Finger's, Vivenda Kafe, Cafe Jazz and Lobster Pot are all within walking distance to the property. For your basic needs, the Newton Supermarket is situated just a few metres from the property, to its northern side. The Shri Shantadurga Temple is merely 400 metres away from the resort. The Aguada Fort, one of North Goa's most popular heritage sites, is around five kilometres away from the resort. Candolim Beach (Image from Ojoswi) Vibe From the outside, the Phoenix Park Inn Resort features a Colonial Revival style of architecture. The buildings has the typical gabled roofing, porches and a largely symmetrical design, which are all elements of the mentioned architectural style. The facade is a mixture of tamed yellow for the walls and reddish orange hue for the roofing. The reception area is quite lavish, with a high ceiling flanked by a gorgeous chandelier piece. The touches of elegance like the plants and miniature statues give it a more regal vibe. The rooms and restaurants feature the same design which somehow, transports the guests to the bygone era. If you love the classic beauty of the past, then you would surely enjoy the architectural brilliance of the property. Rooms There are around 128 rooms in the property spread around various three-storey and four-storey buildings. You can choose from three different types, namely: Standard, Premium and Deluxe. The rooms basically have a more modern design but the addition of Colonial Revival style of furnitures and design elements provide a nice balance to the overall aesthetics. For instance, instead of the usual hardwood flooring used in this architectural style, marble flooring was used instead in the rooms. Other features, like the wooden-framed work desk chair, regal sofa sets and classic window draping, add an air of glamour to the rooms. ↬ Types of Rooms + Their Rates ↫ Room TypeViewProperty RateAgoda RateStandardGardenRs. 6,132Rs. 4,901PremiumGardenRs. 6,334Rs. 4,309PremiumPoolRs. 6,897Rs. 5,385DeluxeGardenRs. 7,354Rs. 5,626DeluxePoolRs. 7,986Rs. 5,990The table above highlights the different types of rooms in the property. Rooms are kept immaculately clean, prior to booking and during the guest's stay in the property. All areas, from the exterior, to the interior, are all quite clean, even the swimming pool and lobby area. It is rare that you'd encounter any issues with the various restaurants on-site as most have expert chefs that ensure the safety of meals. In fact, it is the unique selling point of the Phoenix Park Inn Resort, which makes them a lovable accommodation option in Candolim. Every request or need of the guest would be taken care of, which is really what customers want. Conclusion Overall, the Phoenix Park Inn Resort is truly a value for your money property in Candolim.
