Hello and welcome to the forum! Here's a list of popular attractions in Manali that are child-friendly: Parks Him Valley Amusement Park. This is located in Bahang, about 3 kms away from the Manali Bus Station. This is the first amusement park in Manali and the first to be about 7,000 feet above sea level. There's rides here like: the Swing Chair, Bungee Jumping and Revolving Tower. There's also some water rides available in the park. There's also some cultural shows that the park portrays for the guests. There's also a food court available here. During night time, there's a bonfire and open disco. The park is open everyday from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm. Manali's Appu Ghar. This is another amusement park located near the temple. During winter season though, many of the rides won't be working. You can opt for a boat ride here which offers majestic views of the snow-clad mountains. Van Vihar National Park. This is located in the National Highway 21. The park itself is set amidst thick deodar trees which make for a great view. The Beas River is very close to this park as well. May visitors love boating in the manmade lake in this park. It's also a great place for having a picnic with the family. The park is open daily from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm during summer. It is open from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm during winter. Sanctuary Manali Wildlife Sanctuary. This is two kms away from the Kullu District. There's a wide variety of trees here: deodar, maple, fir, horse chestnut, walnut, poplar, robinia and willow. You'll also find the Snow Leopard and Musk Deer in here. There's also lots of species of birds you can find in here. It is open everyday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Museum Museum of Himachal Culture and Folk Art. This museum has religious relics, ancient instruments and even weaponry. It is open from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. You'll find this just opposite the Hadimba Temple. I hope this helps!
