If you go near Fort Kochi, you will find some signs indicating motorbike and scooter rental. I guess you can check there. Alternatively, you can ask your hotel manager or staff.
Isn't that a bit dangerous though? I would rather hire a car or take taxis than try to ride a bike or scooter there. I heard that road accidents involving bikers are quite common.
