I wanted to book a tatkal railway ticket, but I don't want to do it online as my experience has not been good in the past with online booking. I would like to know if there are any tatkal railway reservation counters in Delhi, where I can go and book my ticket from.

You can book tickets as early as 120 days before the departure of the train you want to ride, this is for long ride destinations. You can also book as late as four hours before the scheduled departure of the train. Lastly, bring an ID with you as it's needed.
