Vaishno Devi Electric Car Booking

On my last visit to Vaishno Devi I saw there was an electric car but the ticket window was closed and whoever I asked had no idea how to book one of those. The security guard near the window just ignored my question and decided to walk away as I asked again. If at vaishno devi, electric car booking is possible then I would like to prebook my seat both up and down. If my memory serves me right the price was not a lot either so it is a great option as compared to ponies or walking down the stairs.

If anyone has an idea how to book electric car at Vaishnodevi please let me know.

Those battery operated electric cars are meant for older people or those who get sick or something. I dont think it is available for every one but I could be wrong so dont quote me on this.
