What do they charge for swimming?

Rs2300 per month for one hour every day. This fee is for beginners if you know how o swim already then you would pay Rs1800 per month for one hour every day.

Is there any membership fee?

Not that I am aware of but if there is one it is not even worth mentioning as their prices are too low.
