Change Swiss Francs CHF in India

I'm going first time to India and will stay in Kolkata and Sikkim.
Can I change Swiss Francs CHF there?

Probably it is better to change money in Switzerland

At Kolkata, there are plenty of money changers or you could ask the hotel reception to change your currency for you. I won't suggest Sikkim though.
