Kulfi

Has anyone ever tried Kulfi? Also, is it available here in the United States to buy at a non-traditional store? I've tried it a few times as a restaurant and really enjoyed it. I was hoping I could buy some or at least the ingredients for a get together I'm having next weekend.

I have seen kulfi on occasion at stores like Whole Foods, so it is possible to get, but rare. Indian food stores are sure to have it, but you will only find them in the larger cities. I love pistachios, so I am big fan of kulfi, myself. It is pretty easy to make at home, and you don't need special ingredients. Check out a recipe on-line.
