Qutub residency in New Delhi

Hi fellow travelers,

My wife and I are visiting Delhi for 3D/2N and the travel agent has suggested Hotel Qutub Residency in New Delhi, according to agent it is one of the best rated hotels in Delhi and falls in our price range. I am looking for some opinions about this hotel and its services as I do not want to pay for it on the words of my travel agent. As I am traveling with my wife so just want to ensure everything is OK.

It is a hotel run by ITDC and is not much to talk about. I doubt it would have changed much since I last saw it back in 2003-2004 when it was a lousy place to say the least. You will find plenty of good properties in the same price range with a lot better infrastructure. This one is not more then 50 rooms if I remember correctly and the employees are all government employees so I will leave the rest to your imagination.
