Overview
The Tirupati Temple goes by many names like Tirupati Balaji Temple, Sri Venkateswara Temple and even Tirumala Temple. The temple is believed to have been built by King Thondaiman of the Thondaimandalam kingdom during the 8th century. Thereafter, rulers of other dynasties contributed to the expansion of the temple, including the Pallavas, the Cholas, the Pandyas and the Vijayanagars. Presently, the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams manages the temple and its wealth which are all donated by devoted pilgrims. Darshan though can take a few hours since over 50,000 pilgrims visit the temple on a daily basis. Fortunately, there are some tour agencies offering all-inclusive packages that can make your pilgrimage more comfortable and satisfying.

Tirupati Tour ✮ - The Tirupati Tour package of Travel Guru is very much simple and direct. It includes accommodation, transportation and daily breakfast. However, it doesn't include the entry fee for the temple or the darshan ticket yet. Accommodation and transportation varies depending on the package that you choose, which can be Budget, Standard or Deluxe. For the first two packages, an AC Indica or AC Tavera would be used, depending on the number of persons included in the tour. For the latter package, either an AC Indigo or AC Indica would be used, depending again on the number of persons included in the tour.

Day 1 - Arrival on Chennai Airport (If you come from another city) and pick up by the agency car and driver. Transfer to Tirupati by private vehicle which can take around four hours, more or less. On arrival, you can check in at your hotel and enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure.
Day 2 - The next day would be spent for your darshan at the Tirupati Balaji Temple. You need to buy your own darshan ticket as the agency didn't include it yet in the package. But you can inquire about it from them, whether they can arrange for the darshan ticket for you. The rest of the evening after your darshan can be spent at your leisure.
Day 3 - The last day would be spent travelling back to the city of Chennai.

Rajamanickam Tours and Travels is a Chennai-based travel agency, which is also partnered with Chennai Travels. Basically, they provide for car rental services and tour packages for cities in and around of Chennai. This includes cities like Tirupati, Pondicherry, Madurai, Mahabalipuram and Kanyakumari. Though smaller than the previous company, they provide for personalised tours and they do understand each of the needs of the clients.

Chennai to Tirupati Package ✮ - The Chennai to Tirupati Package of Rajamanickam Tours and Travels also includes accommodation, transportation and daily breakfast. It also doesn't include the entry fee to the Tirupati Temple but you would be transferred to the temple from your hotel. Day 1 - Pick up from Chennai Airport or Chennai Railway Station and transfer to Tirupati. The journey can take around four hours, more or less. On arrival, check in at your hotel and the rest of the day can be spent at your leisure.
Day 2 - The next day, you would be visiting the Tirupati Balaji Temple during early morning. For darshan, allot at least Rs. 300 per person because the ticket is not yet included in the package. After darshan, head to the Padmavathi Temple, about five kilometres away from Tirupati. By late afternoon, head back home to Chennai.

You can choose from three types of packages, Standard, Superior and Deluxe. Vehicle type varies but it's usually an Indigo or Swift Dzire for two persons and an Innova for four persons and more. For the hotel, they vary depending on the the type of package, Ramee Guestline is a three-star property for the
Standard type, Kandy PLR is another three-star property for the Superior type and Fortune Kences is a four-star property for the Deluxe type. You would need to purchase your own darshan ticket once you reach the temple as well.

Day 1 - You would be picked up either at the Chennai Airport or Chennai Railway Station, your choice. From there, you would be transferred to your hotel in Tirupati, a four-hour journey. Check in at your hotel on arrival and you can spend the rest of the day at your leisure.
Day 2 - The next day, you would be transferred to the temple for your darshan at the Tirupati Balaji Temple. Once done, you can spend the rest of the day at your own leisure, visiting the nearby market or other religious attractions of the city.
Day 3 - The last day, after breakfast, you would be transferred back to the airport or railway station in Chennai.
Conclusion
These are all the packages for Chennai to Tirupati that includes accommodation, transportation and breakfast. There are some other packages but they are usually day tours that don't include accommodation. For a more complete and peaceful darshan, these packages above can be more suitable for devotees as they won't rush you into your pilgrimage journey unlike with day packages.
